Richard Kossmeyer at the O’Fallon store gave us remarkable service! He was very patient with me and my husband as we debated which matress suited us. Richard also had great suggestions and a cheerful attitude! I would highly recommend Mattress Source to all of my friends!
My fiance and I went to the Arnold location. We had in mind to go to two mattress stores. Bill Berry was very helpful we wound up leaving happy and currently awaiting our Cali king cool gel memory foam mattress we simply cannot wait for it to arrive. To finally get some good sleep! Thanks again!

My wife and I visited your o’fallon location. To your surprise the store manger Richard Kossmeyer is very informative with all the brands of mattress. Also he was not pushy with selling us just the top brand. He showed us all the different types. We are very pleased with our visit and highly recommand to all of our friends and family of the mattress source experience!
We were referred to The Mattress Source through our friend, Mo. We also knew of a few others who had had good experiences with them. We shopped at the Loughborough location and although I forget the name of the gentleman, he was very informative and helpful and didn’t try to push us into anything. We also worked with Barry who was incredibly gracious. But, the best part is…the bed. I’m 7 months pregnant and the opportunity to sleep in a king memory foam bed has been amazing. We went to Mattress Source to just look, and compare prices, product, and service to the other stores in town including the big warehouse stores. Well, by far and away Mattress Source was better than everyone else in every department than anywhere else. Above all the service and non pushy assistance we got from Richard Kossmeyer was exactly what we were looking for to answer our questions and patiently show us the products that fit our needs and budget. It was a great buying experience!

When a service or customer experience is outstanding it deserves to be recognized. Last week I took my mother in to the Ellisville location to purchase a new mattress / box springs. Josh Broadbent provided us with an excellent level of service. He made sure we got the right set at the right price and delivered the day we needed it! We were able to find the right set quickly and he answered all of our questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Mattress Source and specifically Josh Broadbent at the Ellisville location. I entered to win one of the DBW 2.0 collection mattresses, and I won one of them! I mainly worked with Ben and Barry, who is the owner, and they were both very professional, helpful, and above all, they made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and my experience. It was overall an excellent experience, and I would definately recommend to anyone looking for a new bed to head out to mattress source. A+
I’ve heard a lot about Mattress Source on 1057 The Point. When I decided it was time for a new mattress, I went to the Arnold Location. The manager Billy, was very professional, and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. He did not try to push me to buy anything. He wanted me to get what I wanted, not what he wanted me to get. I’d return here for my next mattress purchase in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience at the Ofallon location Matress Source. I’m a person whose really big on cleanliness, and the store was very spotless. It was set up very well. The customer service was great they werent rude and they answered all 1000 questions i had to ask, i really appreciated that. Can’t wait to go back.
My wife and I just recently bought a mattress at the Mattress Source Store in Edwardsville, Illinois. Ryan, the Store Manager sold us the mattress. Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried to decide which mattress to purchase. He kept us within our price range and gave a great deal. Delivery was fast and easy and less expensive than the other stores. It is the best mattress we have ever owned and for the first time in year we have woke up with no back ache. We highly recommend them to anybody.
We shopped a few competitors but nothing compared to what Mattress Source had to offer. Their prices were great and the service was outstanding!!! Rick Kossmeyer at the O’Fallon, MO location was the BEST!!! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional!!! I would definitely recommend!!! Can’t wait for our mattress to arrive!!

We found the store by accident due to signage on the road in O’Fallon, MO. Went inside and met Rick K. salesguy extraordinare. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgable. We purchased a new cool gel matress a week ago from the Arnold store. You could not ask for a better experience from a sales staff. They provide accurate information without being pushy. We tried many mattresses before making our decision. The cool gel memory foam mattress does not sleep hot. My son and daughter have also purchased matress from Mattress Source.

Amazing Deal and over the top customer service, I had been hearing Woody and Rizz talk about Mattress source for a while now and we had decided to get a new mattress and went to the new Ellisville when they were there for the Grand Opening and even with the place being packed with people, Barry took the time to sit down with me and go over everything, gave me a great deal and it was a super easy process all the way down to the delivery, guys called ahead and showed up right on time which is a big plus! All in all A GREAT experiance and worth every penny…I have been and will be telling all my friends and family to buy here when they need a mattress. Big Thank You to Barry and the staff !

We’ve been looking for a new mattress for some time but didn’t know what type to get. The guidance that Chad gave us in the Belleville office helped greatly in our purchase. We are thrilled with our purchase, and after a month sleeping on the new mattress, are loving it more each night. Great purchase, great store, great employee.
I have to admit, before I entered the store I was expecting to be greeted by pushy sales people who were out to get your money even if it meant selling you something you did not want. This was Not the case. Ryan and Craig, at the Edwardsville store, were so helpful. They even moved mattresses across the showroom floor in order to help us find the right bed for us. Our bed arrived yesterday afternoon and it was the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The only problem was that we had a hard time getting out of bed this morning.
Paul and Mark are great guys. I priced mattresses up and down Manchester Road and found the best deal at Mattress Source. We got information, friendly service, and good value. We will be back when we need to replace another mattress. Thanks, guys.

My husband and I had heard great things about the store on 105.7 and from a friend who had recently purchased a mattress from the Fairview Heights store. Needless to say, we were not disappointed with the location in Edwardsville! Josh was great! He let us take our time and was not pushy at all. He was helpful in getting us a really great deal on our new set. I am recommending this place to anyone wanting quality service and great selection.
I went shopping all day long for a new king size bed for me and my wife. This was to be our first NEW bed and we were excited to make this purchase. After a very LONG day I stopped at the arnold store to see what they offered and I was impressed to say the least, Ben was awesome and cut us a sweet deal there was no pressure and he worked with me until I made the right decision. Professional, Polite, Patient and NOT PUSHY! We had been looking for a mattress for quite some time and walked in to the Belleville store and were welcomed and given the best customer service around, which is very hard to find these days. Mr. Hoover did a great job with explaining mattress terms in a way that my husband and I were able to understand and steered us in the right direction with what we were looking for. We have had our mattress up for about two weeks now and love it. We were away for the weekend and stayed at a very nice hotel and their bed did not compare to what we have. Both our backs hurt from being away just one night and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Take the time and get a great bed as you will use this every night. Mattress Source made shopping for a new bed so easy and stress free. The crew at the store is so wonderful and knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable while trying to find the right mattess for me. They understood I was on a tight budget and they were willing to work with me and my budget and still get me an AMAZING mattress. I have told my entire family and friends this is the place to purchase their next mattress because there is no run around and they are so willing to get you what you want without pressuring you into a mattress you aren’t even interested in.
We went to your Arnold store with a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Paul & Billy greated us as soon as we walked in the door, they were both very friendly & helpful. We walked out of the store with everything we wanted, plus a new set of free sheets (that fit). They both made the joy of buying a new mattress so much easier & entertaining than anywhere else could have gone. Your prices for everything, mattress, box spring, mattress cover, & bed frame were a better price then all the other stores around. We also had our toddler with us & they helped keep her entertained while getting all the paper work & financing stuff together. Why would you go anywhere else. Staff at the Arnold store went way above my expectations! With word like we’re not happy unless your happy and prices that cannot be beat. Billy actually had me try almost every Memory Foam mattress in the store and was so patience while we shopped. Woody and Rizzuto are right this place is hands down the best mattress store in the Midwest!
I went to the Arnold location, becauseI I wanted to buy a new mattress and have it delivered on the day that I moved into my new place. The guys, Josh and Bill, were awesome. They helped me keep the cost down of the new mattress and everthing that I would need for the new bedding. The financing was quick and easy. I would definately recommend anyone to them. Awesome service couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!
My husband and I just bought our fist matress together ever. We had looked several places, but we had a budget. Matress Source was the last stop and the only stop we will ever make again for future matress endeavers.
This was a family shopping trip with two kids, but the gentleman that helped us didn’t seem to mind them trying out just as many beds as we were. We weren’t directed to the most expensive matress like we had been in so many other places, but it wouldn’t have mattered because unlike other places the size beds we were looking for were all in our price range. The warranty that our matress comes with gives us peace of mind knowing that our money was well spent.
The check out process was simple and easy. All though we did not use financing I’m sure it would have been just as painless at the rest of the experience.
A personal thank you to Ben who made our first matress buying experience a fun adventure we will look forward to again sometime in the next twenty five years.
We went to the mattress source in Arnold and we were greeted by Billy Berry who was very friendly and helpful. He gave us an awesome deal on a quality mattress. We checked out several other mattress stores before going to mattress source. Most had pushy salesmen and very high prices, unlike at mattress source. Hey! What it do ninjas? My husband and I just bought a new mattress from mattress source yesterday for our daughter and the service we got from the fairview heights store was phenomenal! We mentioned the show and got our free sheets along with two new pillows at buy one get one free! My husband also mentioned he was a firefighter and we got an additional discount off our mattress. We walked out of the store astounded at how much money we saved! I will never go anywhere else for a mattress again. Our next mattress will definatly be the le Naubers! Excellent choice rizz! Thanks for advertising for them, because if not I’m sure we would of gone somewhere else and paid twice the amount and probably would of gotten a pushy salesman. Suck it!

My husband and I are from Chester, IL and we chose to go straight to Mattress Source in Arnold rather than shop around. We were greeted by Billy, who was very courteous, and he showed us exactly what we were looking for. It was a no-brainer for us to purchase from Mattress Source. We bought a luxury brand mattress for much less than what other retail stores would charge. It was painless, quick and easy on the checkbook. There really is no need to shop around. Please save yourself time and money, and just come to Mattress Source in Arnold, and talk to Billy!
I went to two different store locations. The first store, the Loughborough Location, a new employee Nick helped me. He was great, he showed me many different brands, was patient and answered all of my questions. This store is one of there smaller stores they have and he suggested that I go to one of there other loctions with more selection just to make sure I got the bed I wanted. I then went to the Arnold location where Ben helped me. Once again great service. I get my bed delivered tomorrow and can’t wait. If I had to recommend this place to some one I absolutely would!!! They care about the sale but they show you first that they care that you get the best bed for you at a price that is best for you!! I had a wonderful experience….
We are so happy with Mattress Source, we bought a mattress that wound up having a lump and when we called they sent Nick to our house to check it out and he was great, that same week were invited to pick out a new mattress. Best Place Ever! We heard about Mattress Source on the Woody and Rizzuto show. We have been wanting a new bed for a while now and have been putting it off because we never have time away from our 3 year old twins! We finally broke down and took our kids to the Arnold store. First off….this was the most kid friendly place we have ever been! Billy Berry was AWESOME!! He taught us about the different beds and then helped us find the best one for us. Billy was able to get us the bed we wanted and all the goodies to go with it for an unbelievable price! We will never go some where else for a bed! Thank you sooo much Billy!
We went to the store located in Bellville IL and Shawn was awesome to us, we upgraded our baby to a twin and wanted a nice mattress for her so he gave us an amazing price plus a Military discount. The customer service you get as soon as you walk through the store is top notch!! I will recommend this store to everyone I know.

I heard about Mattress Source on the Woody and Riz morning show. They had talked about how great their prices were and that the staff was fantastic. A friend of mine shopped and bought there and recommended I stop by. I’m always one to shop around and see my options before I decide anything. Won’t need to any more! From now on, that’s the first place I’ll go. Billy, the manager, welcomed my wife and I and asked what we were looking for. He immediately had a suggestion that we thought was great. He then asked about our current mattress and from that asked if either of us had any back trouble. Not sure how he knew, but he nailed it. I told him that I did and he immediately had a couple more suggestions that were even better. This guy really knew his stuff. Then I had to ask how much. I had a number in mind from my previous shopping and he came in a good bit below the comps. And if that wasnt enough, he tossed in a couple extras just for listening to that radio show. To sum up, I got a better mattress for less money while having superior service. Do yourself a favor, go here first and tell the staff exactly what you are looking for in a mattress. They will know the perfect one for you and give you a deal!

We went in this past Sunday looking at new mattresses. We dealt with Ben and he was great! He walked us around the showroom showing us the possible selections that would fit our needs. SO I WALKED IN TO MATTRESS SOURCE IN FAIRVIEW HIEGHTS IL BECAUSE I’M A WOODY AND RIZZ LISTENER. I WAS GREETED BY A MAN NAMED JOE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED, TOLD ME THE UPS AND DOWNS OF THE ONES I LIKED. HE WAS EVEN VERY ACCOMODATING TO MY ADHD 4 YEAR OLD! MOST SALES MEN GET ANNOYED WITH HIM BUT JOE LET HIM PLAY WITH THE REMOTE BED. JOE WAS SO HELPFUL WITH GETTING IN MY PRICE RANGE AND GETTING US A DELIVERY DATE QUICK!!! I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MATTRESS SOURCE! PLUS BEING A 105.7 LISTENER WE GOT FREE SHEETS! BONUS!!! VERY GOOD COSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I went to the Kirkwood location and bought a memory foam mattress set for my daughter. She absolutely loves it!!Billy sold us the bed and he gave us a great deal, was knowledgeable and professional. I’m ready to go back and buy a bed for my husband and me!! This was a great shopping experience and I recommend Mattress Source to anyone. They will get you the right bed at the right price. AMAZED!!! I can not say enough about the service I received here. We went in because of an accident our son had when he was sick on our bed and walked out with $1200 worth of (mattress, protector, sheets) for $650
This place has your selection as a big box store but with it being family owned you get the service those others DON’T provide.
I just got a new mattress from the High Ridge Location. I have to say, our salesman Rob was by far one of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. He showed us around and described the different features of each bed. He was very friendly and didn’t waste my time trying to sell me a mattress that was out of my budget like some other mattress store in the area (poo on you Bedroom Store) I have been telling all of my friends about the great quality of service and prices at Mattress Source in High Ridge. Its unfortunate for you guys, this bed is so good… I wont be needing a new one for quite a while! haha! Not sure what else to say, I’m tired and need to check out this new bed! WE JUST BOUGHT A NEW MATTRESS FROM THE KIRKWOOD LOCATION WE BOUGHT A GEL INFUSED MATTRESS. THE PRICE WAS 600 LESS THAN THE COMPETITORS BILLY USED NO “HARD CLOSE” TACTICS HE WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WE WILL RECCOMEND YOU GUYS TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

There are few things I dislike more than shopping for a mattress set. That was until today. I went to a furniture store and settled on a mattress set that was a Berkline. Paid for it and found out that they didn’t have it in stock and it would be a week before I could get it. So, as I said before I settled with that and left. Then I happened to see a Mattress Source store while I was driving thru Fairview Heights and decided to go in to compare prices. Shaun was so nice and showed me a Sealy set that was about $50.00 more but he was willing to negotiate the price lower than I was getting at the furniture store! Not only that but he had the set in stock so I could get it right then and there if I chose. I was so happy I stopped in there. No pushy salesman and no nonsense. Needless to say I went back to the furniture store and canceled my order. Thanks, Shaun for a great shopping experience and I will spread the word to all my family and friends about you and Mattress Source. There’s no better place to go for a mattress set than Mattress Source!
I saw an ad in the paper recently and went online to see if there were reports on Mattress Source. After reading the testimonials, we decided to stop there first. Today we purchased two mattresses from Mattress Source in Fairview Heights. We have shopped for mattresses a few times and were expecting the usual high pressure salesman. To our surprise, Shaun was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the differences in the mattresses we were considering, and didn’t try to lead us one way or the other. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this company and would shop there again.
Great experience buying from mattress source. They really worked with our budget and got us a fair price. We ended up with a King sized Memory foam mattress, which is AMAZING. Only downside was that they could not haul away our old mattress because it had stains on it, overall a great experience!
A few months ago, my husband and I shopped around for mattresses and Mattress Source in Edwardsville was our last stop. We had picked out a mattress at the previous store and we were ready to make the purchase but thought we should swing by Mattress Source since we had heard about them on the radio. Ryan helped us pick out the perfect mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and never once did we feel a sales/pressure vibe. He took the time to explain the key differences in the construction which we knew nothing about. We ended up purchasing one that day. He also hooked us up with some wonderful memory foam pillows which are amazing! My husband and I are now sleeping better than we have in years, I couldn’t be happier. As silly as it sounds, a mattress is an investment and think of all the time you spend sleeping… you need to find a good, quality mattress for the right price, and we highly recommend going to Mattress Source! My wife and I bought a new mattress at the High Ridge store, from Robert. It was a relaxing experience. I almost had to be woken up after laying around for an hour or two. I was very impressed with Robert’s professionalism and knowledge. When the mattress and box spring was delivered, there was a problem getting the box spring up the stairs. It wouldn’t fit. I called Robert, who fixed the situation in about a half hour. We were substituted a double box spring. Now were’re sleeping soundly. Thanks, Robert, et al.
This is the second mattress that I’ve purchased from the Arnold store. My first experience was so great that when I needed another mattress, I didn’t even think to go anywhere else. I went right in to see Ben. He was fantastic! I would recommend Ben and the Arnold store to anyone. Even if you don’t think you need a new mattress, let Ben “beducate” you. I went into the Edwardsville store just to look around. My salesman Shaun was easy to talk to and ready to help. He was great to work with. I ended up buying a bed. I have not yet scheduled delivery, but I have high hopes for the rest of my dealings with Mattress Source.
We bought our new mattress at the Arnold store. We had a great salesman, Jeff. He helped us pick out exactly what we wanted! It’s a super mattress. A good store with helpful people that have the best mattresses! We had to wait a few extra days for our mattress, but the wait was definitely worth it. The service, price and quality of the mattress we selected is superb! Thank you.
The staff here were very helpful and professional. As a student, I was not very sure what I wanted or was looking for but they helped me figure everything out. I didn’t feel pressured into buying something I didn’t want, and they were very accommodating.

My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress for our 8 year old daughter. We had been to several mattress stores and ended up returning to the Edwardsville Mattress Source to make our purchase. Our salesman,Ryan, was friendly, knowledgable, courteous; everything you could ask for. He didnt try to sell us the most expensive bed in the store, he showed us just what we wanted.I would highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for a new bed.
OK! So I will be the first to tell you that I am really not one to do this (writing reviews), however, my recent trip to the High Ridge location was THE single BEST shopping experience of my life! First off I am a 26 year old wife and a mother of 2 children under 5 years old so shopping is not exactly easy no matter where you are or what you are shopping for. That being said, my husband and I started feeling achy in the mornings when we woke up. Time for a new mattress…so shopping we went. We kept hearing about the Mattress source on 105.7 so we decided to check it out. Every time I go into a store I really say a silent prayer in my head like please God don’t let the salesman be pushy or please don’t let him be rude because I have my kids with me! So that prayer being said we walked thru the doors. The salesman Robert was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! Not at all pushy or rude because of the kids! He actually took the time to educate me on the different mattress types and which mattress would be a good match for both myself and my husband. There were a couple of other customers who came in so he very politely excused himself to help them while myself, husband AND kids tried out the different beds. They other customers had quite a bit of questions to ask. Meanwhile Ben came in and picked up right where Robert left off in showing us the differences in the types of mattresses. My husband and I were both surprised at how much we didn’t know about mattresses in general. And all the while both Ben and Robert were not hassling us to make a purchase. They were completely content on letting us ask questions, look around, and discuss the different options among ourselves. Both of them even found ways to include the kids. Quite refreshing!! You can honestly tell that they care about their customers and they want them to be completely satisfied. How can you argue with that? So we finally made our decision, we got the Sealy Lagoon Pillow-Top and the price was just the icing on our big bed cake! I am going in on Friday to get my daughter’s mattress there as well. I understand that this is a long testimonial but I thought it was imperative to convey how knowledgeable, friendly, and patient the staff was! I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE, YOU CANNOT GO WRONG BUYING A MATTRESS HERE!!!!
My husband and I stopped by after hearing about them on The Point. We had shopped at other stores, but found this store had great prices, a huge selection and no pressure. The salesman just gave us the facts of different beds we liked and never pushed us to buy. He even threw in a mattress pad that another store was charging us $150 for. And since we mentioned The Point, we also got a set of 820 count Egyptian cotton sheets! We got the bed only 2 days after we order it. High rating!!!
We went to the Edwardsville location on my wife’s lunch hour. Chad was extremely helpful. He made some knowledgable suggestions and we ended up buying something within the hour.

My wife and I were in the market for a new queen sized mattress and Mattress Source was the only place we shopped at because of the reviews we’ve heard…and they couldn’t have been more accurate. We purchased an all memory foam mattress from the Arnold store for a fraction of the cost at other furniture stores. Ryan Murphy there was extremely helpful and friendly, despite it being the end of labor day weekend after working 12 hours the day before, and 6 hours that day. He was very genuine with us and told us the truth which is refreshing to hear in sales. He wasn’t just trying to sell us any mattress, he listened to what we wanted and directed us in the right direction. Then to top it all off, he had our mattress relocated to a closer store so it would be easier for us to pick up.
Couldn’t be happier with our purchase, and I have already started telling everyone I know about these guys.

Great service from beginning to end. We met Ben at the Arnold store and he made the experience far less painful than I expected. No hard sell — we told him what we wanted and he showed us several options in multiple price ranges. Very knowledgeable and informative. The young man who took our delivery information over the phone was equally as pleasant and professional. Even the delivery guys were polite and friendly. I went to the Arnold location and was very pleased with my experience. They don’t have a high pressure sales technique like most places, so when you go in there you leave with what you want and what you can afford. I got an amazing bed set for a great price! Thanks Ryan!

The Mattress Source was our first stop. Then after shopping numerous other mattress and department stores, no one could match the quality and price. We walked in last weekend ready to buy a new bed – expecting the hardsell for a bed with a huge mark up from a fancy salesman. But, THAT is NOT what happened. Instead, we walked in and were greeted by Ben. We told him what we were looking for – he showed us a few options. We told him our price range and he found us the perfect set.
