Mattress Source STL

My husband and I had kicked around the idea of getting a new bed for about a year. We bought a new bed 3 years ago, but it wore extremely quickly and since I had previously broken my back, it was starting to make me sore. After spending a week in the hospital at the end of July I was estatic to finally be able to go home and sleep in my own bed. Unfortunately, it was the worst night of sleep in my life, and I started researching beds the next day. On Sunday, July 25th, 2010 I went into Mattress Source in Arnold to just price beds; In fact, my husband came with me stating he would not buy a bed that day under any circumstances. We went in and with Ben's help found the a top-of-the-line mattress which he claimed ran between $3500-4000. At the time, I had very little confidence that it cost that much but after going home found out it actually runs above that price at most retailers. After he said that, I knew that the bed would be out of our price range. I had hoped to not spend more than $1200 on a bed with delivery. Mattress Source and Ben proved their weight in gold that Sunday. The bed had a tiny (less than an inch) tear under the handle on the side of the mattress, and Ben sent me out the door for $1200 with delivery, 2 sets of 800 thread count deep pocket sheets, a mattress pad, the mattress and box springs. Not only that, but I was able to have it delivered the next day! When he made the offer, I just looked at my husband (who was laying in bliss on the mattress) and I told Ben that my husband had given me rules and he would have to speak with him, and then I turned and smirked at my husband. He just laughed and immediately said we would take it. I have never had such amazing service and someone willing to tell me his honest opinion to keep me from buying a lemon. I will definitely go back to Mattress Source for my spare room and send everyone I know there. They truly are fabulous!

I had been shopping around and really couldn't find the best mattress for me until I came to Mattress Source. Ben, the sales manager, was not only friendly but he was able to truly help me find the best mattress set for me my providing information and guidance from one mattress to the next. I would like to thank the Staff at Mattress Source for all the help they provided in assisting us find the perfect mattress. We recently purchased a new 'BIG GIRL' bed for our 3 year old and needed a mattress to go with it. After having some problems locating a mattress, that I was happy with and within our price range, I posted a message on Facebook looking for help. A few friends quickly referred me to the Arnold location of Mattress Source. They all said that they had a great experience with the store/staff and would all buy from Mattress Source again. After a visit to the Arnold Store, I quickly understood what they were talking about. The staff was great, the prices and selection were amazing. Thank you again, we were able to purchase a mattress that should last us for years, at a price that won't.

I was shopping for a mattress and couldn’t find anything nice for less then $1,500 until I walked into the Mattress Source. I found a $2,600 bed for $799, and of course I didn’t believe it so I went home and looked on the internet and found the bed for $2,800 at biz rate. So I went back to the store and they even let me search the internet to make sure I was making the right decision. These guys fear no competitors.

I’m writing to you in regards to my experience at your Mattress Source store in the Arnold Commons shopping center. I visited looking for a queen sized mattress and box spring. Mark, the associate present, assisted me with filtering through the various brands and features of each mattress, until we found the one that suited my needs the best. I told Mark that I wanted to price match other retailers and I would let him know of my decision. He told me that I would not find this type for the price he was going to give me. He was right. I checked prices at Slumberland, Sam’s Club, online centers, and American. American’s salesman told me he knew Mark personally, and that Mark was giving me a price that know one else could. I made my way back to the store and made the purchase, as well as scheduled my delivery. Delivery was only $39.00, that included step up too, that is half the price that other large box stores charge for curbside delivery. I was very pleased with Mark’s salesman technique, as I’m a salesman and always judge others methods, present the facts and let the price do the rest. Thanks again,

To the Mattress Source Staff, What I’m writing to you is probably no surprise for you, but why doesn’t everyone know? After shopping 5 different stores in town, I was very surprised to find the newer, smaller store had the best value by far. It was really hard to select from a brand new or factory 2nd bed. I took a factory second. You gave me a deal that was half of the big guys half price sale. The bed is great. My wife and I would have never been able to afford such a product if it weren’t for you guys. From the store to your delivery people, everyone was great. We needed 3 sets of mattresses. A fire destroyed everything we had. We shopped the Mattress Source in Arnold then Mattress Firm, Mattress Giant. Everything they told us at Mattress Source was true. They had by far the best prices from the twin for my daughter to the king for our master bedroom. Word spreads and these guys are going to be a big deal in Saint Louis.

Ben and Barry, I'm writing this to express the great buying experience that my wife and I had at your Arnold location. We have toiled over getting a new bed for several years and one night while having dinner with some friends it was recommended that we go see Ben at the Mattress Source. We had looked before and we never got the service or assistance that we needed to feel confident in making a decision, and going to see Ben was something that we were planning on ending in the same result. The exact opposite was the truth, Ben greeted us with a smile and worked with us for as long as we needed him to. He answered all of our questions, worked with us on payment options, and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new king size mattress set. We are so happy with the service that we have received at the Mattress Source that we have done the same as our friends did and have been recommending them to everyone that we know. The Mattress Source was our first stop. Then after shopping numerous other mattress and department stores, no one could match the quality and price. Their sales team at Mattress Source was extremely helpful and friendly. When my friends need a mattress I will strongly recommend that they start and stop at the Mattress Source.
